BIPEMAS

Dr. Cakmak is Associated Prof. Dr. in Department of Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, Aksaray University. During master and PhD, he studied on organochlorine pesticide residues, analysis of different fatty acid isomers (trans, CLA and ω3-ω6 fatty acids), chemical composition, and in vitro biological activities. He received his PhD degree in 2011 based on Plant Biochemistry. Since then he has focused on antioxidant activity, chemical composition and enzyme inhibition of biomaterials. Presently, he carry out some studies on chemical and biological properties of biopolymers, which produced using plant and animal natural compounds. His expertise areas are biopharmacy, biomaterial chemistry and biochemistry.
